Catlins: Purakaunui Falls Walk

This is a super easy way to see a beautiful waterfall - one of the classics in the Catlins.

A very nice path, well-formed, easy walking. One short steepish bit (see photo) which could prove to be slippery from time-to-time.

The waterfall itself is delightful and especially good after rain (which is common 'round these parts).

On leash - keep them native birds safe. I wouldn't be surprised if there are near by kiwi or other flightless birds.
