Ross Goldfield Water Race Walkway

This is a really nice walk. You do need a DOC permit for your dogs, but it's easy to get - just contact this DOC office to obtain.

The path is wide and well-formed and the area is very scenic. The track climbs up to an old historical gold-era water race which is amazing to see.  There's a replica hut and the original Ross Cemetery.

A really great walk, well worth a visit.
